  • Channeled Teachings

    Each month Sarah will bring through a channeled teaching about our energetic history to help you remember your truth.

    These teachings will be a deeper dive into our existence and the interworkings of the universe and the soul itself. The information is here to help us step back into our hearts and the higher energies.

    These are released the first Monday of every month.

  • Discovery Prompts

    These are guided and targeted meditations that go with each of the teachings.

    Sarah will guide you into a deeper state to help you channel through and discover information from the teachings for yourself and gain your own soul’s wisdom.

    These are released the second Monday of each month.

  • Integration Meditations

    The third Monday of each month you’ll receive a meditation to help you dive deeper into your own soul remembrance and healing to apply the teachings to your personal journey.

    This will help you shift and step into your own gifts and power at the soul level.

  • Live Events

    Join Sarah for a live community Q&A each month to discuss in more depth the teachings, the ascension, insights, and ask questions that may be popping in for you.

    You’ll also be able to join an additional live community hangout each month to discuss and share with each other.

    As well as TWO meditation groups each month to dive deeper together.

FAQs

  • Soul History is the Membership portion of QSA where you’ll get new content each month. All other parts of QSA are courses that can be purchased a la carte.

  • The membership is ongoing and month to month. So you can remain a member for as long as it feels good to you.
    You can cancel your membership of Soul History at any time and you won’t be charged anymore.

    Additional course purchases are unfortunately non-refundable and will be available to you for the allotted time given depending on the course you purchased.

  • Live Q&A with Sarah are for Soul History members who are in the Masters program. They typically take place the fourth Monday of each month at 11 AM EST.

    You can check the calendar tab in the platform to get the link and exact time each month. If you can’t attend live a replay will be posted.

    The Quantum Convo which is a live discussion for members to interact and engage with each other is on the first Thursday of every month at 5pm EST.

    The Live Meditation Groups are the Second and Third week of each month on Wednesday at 6pm EST and Friday at 1pm EST.

  • New content is typically released every Monday.

    New courses and classes will be released as they are available.
